Visit the BOOK NOW link below to fill out some important info on your event. Once received, someone will reach out to you ASAP. There is a required 50% deposit due at time of booking. Of this deposit, $100 is counted towards a non refundable secure the date fee. Remainder of payment is due exactly one month prior to your event. 

Eleanor is 16' long, 8' wide and approximately 9' tall. She also has a 2' trailer hitch to account for. Eleanor loves to party, but she cannot fit everywhere. Please confirm with your venue prior to getting her hopes up for the invite. A 20'L x 12'W x 11'T clear space would be preferred for her station. Please consider her dimensions for garage openings as well for indoor events.

From home bar setups, to Eleanor's grand entrance, we do it all! Weddings to Halloween Parties, and everything in between! 

We can serve any US legal alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages; however, we cannot purchase nor sell the booze per state law. Host(s) of the event will be responsible for the beer, wine and spirits. The Bubbly Nomad will provide a Batch Guide at the time of Signature Drink selection(s). We can also assist in determining quantities for beer, wine, etc.

We're so sorry to hear that! But we totally understand that cancellations happen, so as a business, we have prepared for that. To be fair to our staff and our managment, but most of all, to be fair to other hosts who really wanted to have The Bubbly Nomad at their event, please give AMPLE notice of a cancellation. 3 months/90 days minimum prior to date of event would be ideal so we can rebook. We understand that sometimes that may be difficult. This is why there is a non refundable $100 secure the date fee included in the required 50% deposit fee. 

Additionally, the 50% deposit fee (less $100 secure the date fee) is fully refundable up to the date of final payment due, i.e. one month/30 days prior to event. If event is cancelled with less than 30 days notification, the 50% deposit fee is no longer refundable. Thank you for understanding.

If Mother Nature decides to cry happy tears the day of your event, don't worry, Eleanor is equiped with a 60ft tarp to keep your guests as dry as possible while at the bar. 

YES WE DO! 30 miles of travel distance included from Bloomingdale, New Jersey. Anything over 30 miles will incure a $2 per mile travel fee. Each event will include at least 1 professional bartender as well as 1 barback. Additional bartenders/barbacks increase per guest counts. We are licensed and Insured. 

There is no additional charge for a home bar/existing event bar setup, unless the party is 76 guests or more. There will be a rental fee for any of the The Bubbly Nomad mobile bar fleet/decor options.
